Redesigned Agent Dashboard

  • The partner web portal has had an update to the overall experience with redesigned top and left navigation controls. The entire experience now more closely matches our Loan Officer experience and makes it easier to understand and navigate the site.

Copy and Move Documents

If the borrower uploading documents has more than one loan application setup, a few other options will be available in addition to the already existing ones:

  • Move - Moves the already assigned document(s) to then be placed under a different loan for the same borrower.
  • Copy - create a copy of the document to then be placed under the selected additional loan(s) as needed.
